Recently I found this dungeon in Cazador's palace which looks like it should have been a part of a quest, but it is nothing there, except puzzles, traps, the chest that can't be moved and has insignificant loot and a book

This dungeon isn't even on a navigator! The book from the chest can be found another time somewhere else in the castle, I 100% saw it before. And it mentions that Cazador had some prisoners aside from the spawns, but we actually never find anyone, and even the proper prison itself. I am pretty sure that place was supposed to be way more than it was, I wonder if anyone knows anything.
Also there is the attic of Cazador's palace which has all these diaries of his relative Incognita who became a vampire against her will, but I never managed to find her or any conclusion for her story other than another book where she made a list of vampires known to her.
Am I overthinking it or the whole Cazador questline was supposed to be way bigger and have additional characters?
