I've been lighter on RP stuff, but I have had two heavier RP characters.
Lanthian: My first druid character(drow), a non-lethal extremist that frequently put his allies in jeopardy by dealing less damage to avoid killing. He raided the goblin camp like an idiot, didn't kill a single soul, and despite initially perceiving Minthara as an enemy of nature he was eventually smitten with the evil paladin's smiting.
S'mil'r'thot: My first gith(ranger), he was hostile with everyone when given the chance(never via the attack option, ALWAYS through dialogue that started combat) and led companions to be their worst selves but was ultimately horrified by them all, and by his hand in things, and could no longer serve Vlaakith as an abomination...I wanted to do things a little differently, but unfortunately him, fthere's no real way to turn on evil companions after completing their stories until the very end of the game. I would've liked to have him kill his own party and have the game acknowledge it rather than "hey bonebag, hold onto my party".
I obviously don't know "proper" drow or gith naming conventions either, I'm fine with those gibberish names.
