My sword bard Vayu Stormgust, air genasi. I finished my first HM with him.

Background: He came from Icewind Dale, where he studied music, mythology and swordfighting. He was engaged with a half elf ranger, but he died helping travellers in a forrest. After that, Vayu decided to leave Icewind Dale and moved to Waterdeep. His music became very popular and he found friends in the new city. He stayed in a room at the Yawning Portal and often played there too. He was snatched by the Nautiloid one night in Waterdeep after he was on his way to his room after a concert in another part of town.
(He was a bit inspired by EInar Selvig and his music).
Vayu is pretty sarcastic and sometimes acts impulsive, but is generally good natured.

His views of the companions

Lae'zel: That is one tough lady, grumpy as hell, but pretty useful in a fight. Sometimes unintentionally hilarious. Glad, she saw sense and turned away from that creep of a goddess.

Shadowheart: Of all the priests it has to be a Sharran. Those folks are bad news. But Shadow is ok. But not gonna lie, I was relieved, when she turned away from Shar for Selune. She said, it was my influence, must be pretty desperate to listen to someone like me, but oh well. What is it with my traveling companions and toxic godesses?

Astarion: Yeah, he is an obnoxious prick. Tried to seduce me to manipulate me. Not going to happen sweetheart. He had it rough though, so I didn't send him away when he tried to bite me. He whined a lot, it was annoying. He wasn't happy, that I didn't let him ascend, threw a temper tantrum, killed the 7000 spawn anyway and run away. So much for being thankful. His master was dead, I promised Gandrel to bring his children back, what else was I supposed to do. I guess it was fo the betetr, we didn't get along. I still hope, he is well.

Gale: Well... I didn't expect to fall in love again after Khiran, but then this stupid little wizard just fell out of a portal. I don't know why, but I fell for him hard very quickly. And then he showed me the Weave and ... long story short, we are married and living in his tower in Waterdeep now. Luckily Tara likes me. It's funny, he said, he frequented the Yawning Portal a few times, but that must have been before my time there. And he had even more goddesses problems. Luckily Mystra wasn't looking for revenge after we decided to leave the crown where it was.

Wyll: He is a bro, totally great guy and I really felt honoured, he asked me for advice about his pact.And glad, he got to reconnect with his dad. He likes to boast quite a bit, but he can take criticism too, so I'm ok with his tales. After fighting alongside him, I believe that most of them are actually true. I will write him a song, he deserves it. I make a point to stay in contact with him and Karlach.

Karlach: Another tough lady. I'm amazed how good natured she is after ten years of blood war. She might not have a heart anymore, but she is the heart of the group. I'm glad, she decided to go to Avernus and I'm also glad, she has Wyll at her side. Those two have become very close friends.

Minthara: Wow that woman is evil, but totally hilarious. She would kill you in a heartbeat, but is always the first in cracking a funny one liner. I know that should we ever meet again, we probably will be enemies, but she is hounrable and kept her word in our alliance. She wasn't happy I didn't take the power, but I guess, deep down, she knew, I would not want that. I like my husband, my freinds and my music and don't need this destructive power in my life. I don't know where she went after Withers party, I guess, she will be trying to get revenge back Menzoberan. And you know what ? I think, she will succeed.

Halsin: The guy is strange, sorry to say it. It's admirable that he wants to help the orphaned kids and help in the SHadowcursed lands, but he sometimes seems pretty immature for such an old being. I hope his new settlement will fair better than him leading the grove.

Jaheira: I mean - she is a hero, I sang the songs, that were made about her, a few times. It was intimidating meeting her at first, but she has a great sense of humour and is a good drinking buddy. Her family is awesome. I think, we have not heard the last of our esteemed High Harper or her kids.

Minsc: What has he smoked? And where can I get that?
