There are two levers at the windmill in the blighted village, Release Brake and Brake. After you press the Brake lever and talk to Barcus, he says something like "let me down already!" and also refuses to pay you. The obvious next step is to start the windmill again and continue torturing him. However when pressing Release Brake, no matter if you pressed Brake before, it still instantly kills Barcus.

I think there should be a way to continue doing what the goblins were doing and torture Barcus a little more before letting him down. Or just leave him rotating forever as punishment for being so rude.

I support this! Of course, you can still just let him hang there, but giving him a few more spins to find some manners would be the logical course of action...

Agreed! I tried to do this as my evil character, before reloading and just demanding payment. Bah.

Someone recently said that something "is as likely as a gnome flying". I hope, if you sent Barcus flying, that your character can confirm the ability of gnomes to fly!
