It's not the cleanest solution,but it would mix well with Halsin not being available till Act 2 AND bypass the need to be evil/Meta game it.

This would create just more bugs around Minthara, probably one good reason why we might not see any heavy changes go into Minthara this late in the game's development cycle.
She is already plagued with bugs in her current form as is that should be ironed out, besides this is a game that can be replayed endlessly it shouldn't be so hard to try one evil/chaotic run in those attempts.

Saying it for the sake of a healthy debate because this type of game I find it more fun to go crazy evil in than good and noble, I never liked moralizing about a game as if it was real life although I understand the heavy loss of content going evil which is more the issue game's concept started with.

I really just hope Larian as a studio learned from Baldur's Gate 3 so that a future game of theirs will be more balanced with the amount of content from both sides of a major permutation, such as good and evil.
