Hello, does anyone know how the spellcasting animation is linked up?

I tried to create a custom class using the Wizard spell list but the spellcasting animation is that of a Sorcerer.

Is there a way to choose the spellcasting animation (e.g. Wizard, Sorcerer, Cleric)?
