Hey Salo, I raised this issue in another thread but figured I'd bring it up here as well.
Are the DCs of Arcane Shots functioning as intended? They look really odd in the battle log. They appear to only be using their base DC and the various ability scores of their caster, and lack proficiency bonuses. This gives many of them very low chances of successfully applying their special effects, since the base DCs are fairly low to begin with.
