There was widespread community drama over the animations and a lot of jealousy over why certain characters got more or better kisses and animations than others.
It's like a pre-school where if the teacher rewards the kids with ice-cream, instead of everyone being happy they got ice cream, some kids complain that they didn't get their favourite flavour or that some other kid got more marshmallows in their bowl.
I'm afraid it was a little different - it was as if in “ pre-school” some children had been put poison in their ice cream.
