I'm still hoping they give us better content for the epilogue for UA and AA but that would prob have to go in a different thread

That would indeed derail this thread, and a reminder that the following rule is still in place so let’s not go there:
“For the time being, the Moderator Team have been asked to close any new discussions or debates involving Astarion's character ending (Ascension vs. Non-Ascension). This measure will be re-evaluated at a later date. Discussing the character and the general narratives surrounding him is acceptable as long as the discussion remains civil and respectful of all forum members.”
We would like to review this rule, once we get some confidence that relaxing the stance isn’t going to lead to arguments and breaches of our other forum rule:
“Do not attempt to incite conversation around existing or past community drama or antecedent infighting.”
I’m afraid, though, that discussion here today has probably set us back a step on that journey. I’d encourage everyone keen to discuss all things Astarion on these forums to be very careful not to antagonise others and also to show that they won’t rise to provocation but instead can respond calmly or simply ignore and report.
