You could also filter the fatal events in eventviewer and see if there is anything that could be related to the crash. Maybe not at the exact timestamp of the crash. I can imagine a fatal event occurs and the process hangs a few minutes before crashing.
Not that I've seen at least, though navigating event viewer is a skill in itself
