Hi! I was trying cross play on Playstation 5 (no playstation plus needed) and Steam version. I connected an Etherneth cable between console and laptop and the first time all works, like in this video below: [video:youtube][/video] In a 2nd time I tried again and the same configuration doesn't works anymore for the cross play. D: When I invite the player on PS5 he doesn't join the party anymore and requires Playstation Plus to be purchased. I can't undestand why. Maybe do you have some idea that can help me?
It is possible local LAN crossplay without PsPlus?
Players can connect through cross play even if on the same network, but LAN connection is not supported on consoles. PS5 and Xbox require their respective subscriptions for any multiplayer mode.
