The Shattered Sanctum was a Selunite temple, so it is likely, that
Ketheric and his goons did that, it has nothing to with Raphaels deal with the stonemason , who wanted the Sharrans destroyed. If you mean the Sharran temple in Grymforge, that was Yurgir and his Merregons because of that deal between Raphael and the mason ( you can talk to him later on and he will tell you everything)
