Hope the linked image works, but if it doesn't: It looks exactly like the buggy portraits I'd seen in YT-live streams of the earliest patch 8 pre-release versions.
This shot is from the release version and I never had any test-builds installed as I did not participate.
Her portrait looked fine up until the first level up, but once she reached level 2, this happened.
