On the PC-version, there seem to be quite a few "fixed" instances of this. Meaning they will always happen on my play-throughs. Both badly-synched lips and subtitles but also skipped lines of dialogue (for which there are subtitles but which I never get to hear the characters speak). The most prominent one (and the only one I can remember off the top of my head): During SH's dialogue after the Myrkul fight, she will lament her fate and one of the earlier bits of dialogue she has ends with the sentence: "I am alone" (to which Tav can reply "You're not alone. You have me.").
And I don't think I've ever heard the "I am alone" line from her. Might be a mismatch between the subtitles and what Jennifer did or did not record, but to me it sounds like her voice line gets cut off prematurely.
Trust me, it's a lot worse on PS5, the descriptions here don't do justice to how broken it is. It's not just bad lipsync or missing audio, it's the animation starting without audio, and then halfway through the animation the characters absruptly glitch back to the start of the animation, this time playing the voice clip, but then halfway through the second attempt the dialogue and animation cut off and the next dialogue begins. Then it repeats. It completely ruins most cutscenes until you restart the game.
