For me, this is an annoying bug. But I find it hard to believe that no one noticed this during the patch 8 tests. So I guess the testers and devs consider this cool.
Ingame it's irritating, but in photomode it's like a bag of potatochips exploded over your head.
Aw, man. I really hope it gets fixed soon. I'm sorry you have to deal with that.
