A "cosmetic" problem ?
I summoned the quasit to leave the magic lamp from Ramazith's tower. The quasit remains in the lamp but its portrait remains stuck to my Tav. So if I click on it -- even when I'm like, in the temple of Bhaal -- , it takes me back to the lamp. This didn't happen before patch 8.
This happened all the time for me prior to patch 8.
Not sure if you still can, as I haven't made it to Act III yet on my patch 8 run, but you could "free" the trapped Quasit by fast-traveling to a different map (Rivington always did the trick for me). He would simply appear with the party at the waypoint you traveled to just like any other non-trapped summons will even if they're un-grouped from the party.
