Found another issue but i can not edit the original post for some reason so gotta post it below.
Detect Thoughts (lvl 2 divination spell):
Despite the tooltip saying this spell uses either Intelligence or Wisdom for the ability check, only the creatures Intelligence is used even if its Wisdom is higher.
