I have to get up and walk over to the TV to see the compass N E S W letters. Can the letters be bigger, or at least the N letter more distinguished, so I don't have to keep walking up to the TV to see?
We can add that to the pile of accessibilty requests, but Larian have yet to acknowledge there’s more to accessibility than colorblind settings or modesty filters.
Hi Dan, you can set the minimap to always face North. Perhaps it takes a while to get used to that, but you won't have to guess after the map orientation any longer.
I too have this problem and found it exacerbated by recently playing multiplayer as folks are telling me to head NorthWest or the like. I was actually surprised I couldn't find a mod that would work on consoles for this very thing. I knew about the locking of the map facing to north but I simply have never done that and so has been looking around for some other options rather than changing the way I normally navigate hoping to be the same way that I navigate in real life by having the map orient to the direction I am facing. Does anyone have any other suggestions for this?
