Even Karlach: I had her scene popping up randomly, when the approval was high enough before and now, I have to tell her that I like her at the party.
With Karlach it seems to depend on whether you already started flirting with someone or not. If you are completely single (having arranged to spend the night with someone apparently doesn't count) she is hitting on you during the party, if you already had a romance scene with someone before this point (for example had a bottle of wine with Shadowheart and kissed), you have to make the first move. Her scene outside of the party apparently doesn't play at all anymore.
