If you can loot the tail of an unconscious Gremishka, why can't you loot the tadpole of an unconscious Minthara?

Since tadpoles dig deep into the brain, that would probably kill Minthara and the tadpole. It would be an easy solution for the Find A Cure, though: Just take turns getting knocked out in camp and pull them out. Checkmate, Absolute! Roll the credits!!!
