Ok, made level 2 wizard, chose Bladesinger and chose scimitar as my bladesong weapon. I'm using the mod that adds Twinkle and Icingdeath, Drizzt's scimitars, to the game. When I equip the non-magic scimitar they gave me on choosing my weapon, all is good. If I replace it with either of the magical scimitars, I get the bladesong impeded condition. Shouldn't it work with any scimitar? Being stuck with a normal weapon for the entire game doesn't seem right. Any ideas what's up? There doesn't seem to be a way to make a weapon your bladesong one like there is for Hexblade where you bind your current weapon, so I'm at a loss.
