I saved the gnomes and tieflings, but only 3 showed up at the boat, two gnomes and one tiefling. I thought people might be standing like idiots in the darkness I cast on the two cell entrances, but nope.
Anyway, cut scene starts, and everybody is in the boat!
Whatever, cool.
Get to the docks, everyone gets out and gets scanned, ok, cool.
Hey, Bard lady gives me the Potent Robes! Tieflings saved! Funny, I thought I needed to save Rolan first, I guess not?
Cal and sis are not there. Rolan left a hologram, it says I'm out here and Cal should not come get him, repeat stay put! Not "If you see this I'm dead."
I go there, no Rolan, no spectres, no dead body, nothing, I scour the entire giant circle.
Not even a quest, completed or otherwise.
I see they might appear in Act III, I guess I shall see!
