Astarion Jr. sits on his father's throne, the crown on his head slightly out of size for a kid and slipped over one eye. In his hands is Lord Astarion's trophy staff, left in his treasure collection after his Ascension. The heir, maintaining the majestic appearance befitting a Lord, blows bubbles from a vial of soapy water and bursts them with the staff. Sceleritas approaches the throne and bows to the young Lord.

- My little sinister master, I think it's time for you to continue your training in the mastery of magic and forbidden dark spells...

Junior hums ironically, bursts another bubble in concentration, and looks at Sceleritas as if he were a fool who had never grasped the mystery of existence.

- Incredible... - He sighed, raising his eyes to the ceiling of the throne room. - Yeah, I'm going to drop everything and go and do nonsense!

...After a while, the kid decided it was time to learn to be a real villain, so he spent a couple of weeks in the company of Sceleritas, learning the basics of dark and sinister magic. The castle was surprisingly quiet during this time, even the Lord's throne was occupied only by the cat, who, for reasons he alone knew, considered the throne the best place to sleep and lick himself, while keeping loyalty to the most expensive sofa in the living room as his constant scratching post.

One day the central square of the city was suddenly rained with toads, fake gold coins with Bhaal's portrait on them that bit anyone who touched them, fat black spiders, colorful soap bubbles and candies that squealed and tried to escape, if anyone put them near their mouths. The captain of the town guard noticed a boy with a staff standing on the roof of the town hall reciting the words of some ancient and terrible spell. As the square fell into chaos, the boy turned into a bat and rushed to catch the escaping candy. The captain of the guards managed to catch up with the bat, only when the bat had finally overeaten himself and landed on the head of Balduran's statue, screeching as it rolled down the statue like a slide, and at the bottom turned back into a boy with snow-white, disheveled curls.

- You... What the... - the panting guard captain wheezed, - What's your father's name?!

- Oh, my dad's name is the same as mine! We have very beautiful names! Exquisite. Simply exquisite, - the kid finished the last candy and licked his fingers.

- Yes?! What's your name? - The captain of the guard was on edge.

- Like my daddy... - the kid raised big, surprised eyes at the captain, looking at him the way one usually looks at stupid people who obviously don't understand the simplest things.

- And what's the name of both of you?! - the captain shouted, shaking his jowls.

- Identical!!! In the name of the Nine Hells, what a simplicitium you are! - Junior sighed, shrugged his shoulders, and turned back into a small bat, flying right out from under the nose of the desperately cursing captain of the guards.
