I never noticed any of this, so I did a quick test with mass healing word, and it worked on Jaheira just as well as the rest of the party. In addition, I have a party of 8 with the "no limits" mod. No one was excluded from the healing.
It looks like there's something wrong in your setup. Do you have mods ?
