This is a strange thing to say. and not even remotely accurate. They have released numerous patches that have fixed hundreds of bugs. They have expanded dialogue, added new features, even added new subclasses. All in a massive game. Bug fixing is not a small task. Some things are harder to fix than others.
They likely know the Jaheira bug exists, among others. But whether it is difficult to do so, or a low priority or both, I cannot say, nor can you.
But nothing about their actions have been disrespectful nor arrogant. There has been great care taken in developing this game and in following up with fixes after release.
I would suggest learning about the complexities of game development before saying such things. There are developer podcasts that talk about this kind of thing. "Play, Watch, Listen" is a good one.
