I'm on Steam and received the Foe Hammer achievement and golden dice, even thouugh I played with a party of 6 and other mods enabled. I did not do anything else to re-anable achievements, as I wasn't aware of the possibility that the game would disable them.
I have all 54 achievements and several of them were obtained after I begain installing mods.
