Isn't there some kind of achievement left that you could use as a "test" in act 1 ? E.g. "killing 2 birds with a gnome". Or the one where you kill 20 opponents while drunk. (The "gnome" thing is a bit bugged I think, because I had to do it 2 or 3 times before the achievement unlocked. But there are plenty of goblins in act 1 to use.)
