I would like to make a mod that changes the skills linked to certain attributes. For example, I’d like to move Perception from Wisdom to Intelligence. However, I have no idea where to start looking for the files or scripts responsible for this, or if it is even doable with the toolkit. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction, or let me know if anyone has already made such a mod. My search queries haven’t yielded anything useful so far.
