after beating the knight next to stormfist castle (i think hes wearing an eyepatch) when i walk to the side of the screen it doesnt keep scrolling but if i move my mouse to the side it scrolls endlessly.. i have tried loading older saves same thing...

Turn CAPS-LOCK off. You can use CAPS-LOCK to detatch the camera form the player and look around. It can be handy sometimes.

On that subject...I didn't defeat the knight with the eyepatch b/c I was WAY too weak at the time. I tried to go back there to kill him when I was stronger and he was gone, nowhere to be found. Does he just disappear if you don't kill him the first time you see him?

i never saw this knight wher is he appear at exactly?

Apparently so. It is a one-time cut scene conversation when he approaches (just south of Stormfist castle), so it doesn't surprise me that he would disappear. If you know his name, or can re-load an old save to find out, you may be able to re-set his location;
Reviving dead NPCs

Jezza, at least, has found higher damage bas.tard swords (about 80-140) which are one handed, so don't feel too bad about missing the two handed bas.tard sword from the knight.

i just never saw him or i did and just killed him or something but that was like 3 or 4 days ago i was at first time gonig to stromfist castle

He approaches in a cut scene and says something to the effect that peasants should get out of the way of knights. Depending on your answers, he will either turn hostile or walk away. I answered neutral then defensive, but you can answer in a hostile manner right away; there is a pretty submissive answer to get him to leave. I meet him clearing the area south of the castle, west of the Rivertown Watch building.
