Mopping up near the end of the goblin camp courtyard fight. Lae'zel leaps up to the third level to that one caster who normally is walking the walkway way up. She lands next to him, and whomps him hard.
He then runs away, triggering an opportunity attack from her, which misses.
But it's still her turn. Whaaaaa?
- Lae'zel used main hand attack.
- Hits for 14
- Hits for 3 fire (Everburning Blade)
- Booyagh Piddle receives bane (1d4 penalty to attack rolls and saving throws, Gloves of Power)
- This is when he runs!
- Dice rolled again! (Maybe Lae'zel's Savage Attacker, it doesn't say.)
- Booyagh Piddle dropped 1 On Goblins: My Life Among The Conquering Host
- Lae'zel used opportunity attack (on Piddle, this is what missed, which doesn't surprise me as he's long gone. No attack info, success or failure, just an air wiff.)
- Still Lae'zel's turn though. No more action, she's empty.
Booyagh Piddle has run over and woken up the sleeping drunks up there.
A. Is that what "
dropped 1 On Goblins: My Life Among The Conquering Host" means?
B. How did he flee in the middle of her turn? Is that some scripted thing to play out during this encounter? I'm fine with that, I just wanna know.
You know who's not fine with that? The three drunks woken up and pointed at roaring death approaching.
