Issues I've encountered in patch 8 so far.

Issue no1.

Spot stutters.Whenever I run my camera trough certain spots the camera stutters.Example A

Issue no2.
Some zone have drops in general fps for no reason.
A few examples of these zones that I noticed was the Nauthiloid control room at the start (performance drop is mild),The burning mansion (also mild performance drop),Last light inn on the inside.(Overall performance hit sever)
You can kinda tell something is wrong with these places because camera movement may not be as smooth as it used to be pre-patch8.Anyone sensitive enough may notice the framepacing being off or the camera doing subtle hitches when panning around (usually caused by erratic frametime)

I've also gotten to act 3 and at first it was smooth until I passed the bridge to sharess caress where fps started to become erratic all of a sudden and the camera didn't feel as smooth as it should.It's like I was inside of last light inn again.
At this point I stopped playing the game and uninstalled as I couldn't play like this anymore.


Issue no3.Which may be related to issue no2
I was inside Mindflayer colony (all smooth so far) until I got to this room.When viewing the room from this angle with the camera the game started to act like I was inn last light INN.The general fps greatly drops and the frametime becomes erratic.Goes from a smooth 100+ fps to what seems like 30-40fps.If I keep moving the camera left,right,up while keeping that same angle the game will keep having the wierd performance issues .

Here is the wierd part.If I switch angle then the fps and frametime are smooth again.Makes no sense.

To clarify everywhere else the game is smooth.At first I was going to power trough act 3 since it started smooth but then it started with the general fps tanking (like I was inside last light INN) when I crossed the first bridge near SHaress Caress and at that point I decided I can't stand it anymore.

I've tried dx11 and Vulkan.
I've tried re-installing w10 multiple times.
I've tried re-installing 5+ different drivers with DDU.
No mods.
No cpu or Temp issues.
Cpu and Gpu clocks stable.
No Overlays.
Memtest86
Deleting area cache.

I'm using the same PC I used in the Beta til patch 7 using the exact same In-game,Nvidia and windows settings. I've been consistent with my settings since the game released (more like 5 years) and I never had these wierd performance issues.
My rig is:
3080 (Current driver 577.00) I've tried 566.36 and the 580.XX branch of drivers.No difference.
9900k
970 evo SSD
3200mhz 16gb

I'm out of ideas on what to do at this point.I've tried everything I can besides getting a new whole PC.
This all started with patch 8.
