It struck me that the Dark Urge is a dragonborn race as defailt and in all the Larian art. Isn't that strange?
Back in early access there was a narrative adventure game tease leading up to reveal of Dragonborns and Dark Urge (if I remember correctly). There Dark Urge was represented as Albino Dragonbourne and he is presented the same way as a default and in marketing.

I guess Larian wanted some default for this customisable origin for people who might not be into making their own character from scratch. Dragonborn race was unused, and Albino Dragonborn soaked in blood looks cool I guess.
