I encountered a dialogue cutscene for the first time, which IMO is bugged.

Context, I'm playing a Durge. I did not save Arabella and gave Silphy a shake when he tried to steal from me. But I did save Mirkon from the harpies, and helped Meli with the adventurer whose locket he had stolen.
Talked to Mol, he was not hostile, and berated him for putting the kids in danger. He didn't like that and ran away.

Fast forward, I pointed Minthara to the goblin camp and arrived there after a long rest. Zevlor was happy to see me, told about his plan to set fire to barrels. I then went on to collect the barrels on the wall. Talked to Dammon who was also happy to see me.

Then I wanted to pick up one of the oil barrels. Guex was standing next to it. I didn't engage Guex in conversation, but the moment I picked up the barrel , the cutscene opens with Guex, menacing me with a drawn sword, saying he'd heard I had threatened the kids.

Now I have only one choice to get out, a deception check. I let Wyll make this. He has +4 on deception with a CHA of 18. The DC of the check is 20(!) But I don't get the +4. I only get the +3 bonus from the illithid favourable beginnings.
As I come from long rest, I don't have inspiration points yet, so naturally I fail the roll and then the only option to get out of the cutscene is "attack".

Then all the tieflings, including Zevlor and Dammon turn hostile and attack the party.
It's hard to imagine that this is as intended. Some kind of peaceful option is probably lost.
