Thanks for your reply - yea, I saw the place on Google Maps too. I definitely used the right address. The support person did say Larian's receptionist was off sick at some point. But that was months ago, and don't you get temps in to replace these people? Are my letters just sitting on a desk somewhere? It's all very odd.
