Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems PC Mods - do any work?

Up-to-date BG3, but practically all mods from the mod console just crash on loading the game. WIn 11 PC 64Gb ram, AMD 7900 graphics, eg plenty above minimum spec. Have finished standard game and want to play about with mods for fun, but very few seem to work, even though they'll listed as compatible.

Am I missing something silly? (quite possible I don't often mod my games).

Some mods will have dependencies. Which are other mods that provide a collection of assets or configurations.

For example, Norbytes Script Extender, Compatability Framework, ImpUI, Baldur's Gate 3 Community Library, Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) etc.

These will need to be downloaded and placed higher in the load order than other mods that utilize them (Sadly, the in-game mod menu does not allow for adjusting load order. You'd need to use something like BG3 Mod Manager in order to manipulate load orders)
