I did another grymforge fight, and a magma mephit launched a fire breath on Lae'zel who was in melee combat with Grym, who was also in the cone. Now Grym is immune to fire damage, but the mephit got marked as target anyway, and so Grym turned against the critter and wasted an action to kill it.
