Chester Basilton XXI



A truly vile Noble(but I repeat myself), Chester's charmed upbringing afforded him the luxury of being able to throw temper tantrums without facing repercussions. After being kidnapped and tadpoled, he is determined to remind all those lowly plebs of their place. (Giant barbarian strongheart halfling. I like this character more than the gnome I posted before, I think it works better because a noble would just be full to the brim with hate and anger they try to keep hidden. Makes a lot of sense for a D&D barbarian, to me.)

Nighfejj Skolurr is a mercenary who always felt he could stand to hit things a little harder. To that end, he has begun pursuing magic to enhance himself and gain an edge on his competition. Getting tadpoled may just be a turning point for him. (Bladesinging wizard. It makes sense to me that a new wizard that has only just started their journey would be weaker. I'm not sure if I'll have him main Sylvan Scimitar or Infernal Rapier, but I definitely think one of them would be best for him.)

Kinassa Calmbrook


An orphan from the Lower City, Kinassa learned to fight dirty from an early age. Mostly out of necessity, but a little bit for the fun of making people twice her size beg for mercy. With no kin and no plan, getting tadpoled was only an inconvenience for Kinassa. Meeting another githyanki for the first time was shocking, as well as unpleasant. Why would anyone choose to be as tactless as Lae'zel? Or be such a sucker and have faith in authority figures? Is Lae'zel...normal for a githyanki? That could certainly explain a little bit of the prejudice Kinassa grew up with...

Edit: High-rizz urchin rogue I had a swashbuckler planned, but I like this better. Also, no multiclassing! Pure rogue for 4 feats and that sweet 6d6 full Sneak Attack damage.

Lavinia Foxglove, she is my favourite pen and paper character, so I had to make her in BG3

after the loss of Shadowheart i struggled to come up with a character worth restarting but the show must go on

Tresdin (based on Dota 2 Legion Commander)

I'm playing a new Durge campaign.

Her name : Eklavdra. House : unknown. She started as a Lolth-sworn Drow monk, drunken master. But has now also taken a level of Lolth Cleric (war domain)



This multiclassing came after the untimely demise of Shadowheart.

Fate has not been kind to the companions, as Durge has trouble suppressing the urges.
Gale was the first to go, remaining stuck in the stone, his hand chopped off.
Next was Astarion. When he tried to bite me he received a stake from the campfire through the heart.
When my slumber was interrupted by Lae'zel and Shadowheart quarreling over the prism, I took the side of Lae'zel. Shadowheart then attacked, but she lost out.



I had prepared to defend the grove from the goblins, and was collecting barrels when I stumbled on Guex, who accused me of maltreatment of the tiefling childern. ( A blatant lie from Mol) I could not roll a peaceful settlement. Guex attacked me and all the tieflings on the rampart, who had just minutes ago welcomed me as their hope and saviour, also turned against me. Most shockingly, Wyll also joined their side. Even though he had been present when we talked to Mol. He knew the accusations were lies and still he decided to betray the party at this critical moment. So that was the end of my peace-for-the-grove plan, and the end of Wyll.
Karlach had fought on my side against the tieflings, but after the combat was over, she wished me good luck and left for good.

So when Minthara came, she and her goblin army simply had to walk in. Together we laid waste to the rest of the grove.
After the celebration I had a love night with Minthara, while we snoozed in eachother's arms when morning came, an urge came up to snap her neck, which then just happened.
I think Minthy would understand. She also killed her first lover after all, whispering soothing words as she lay, dying from poison, in her arms.



And so, now I'm left with only Lae'zel at the end of Act 1. I'll probably lose her too, because I'm not really enclined to visit the creche Ylek. It was nice the first 2 or 3 times, but after that, the quest became boring and I only continued to do it for Lae'zel. I think I'll skip it now and she'll probably leave me.

I'm not sure if I will finish this PT. It feels kinda lonely without the companions. Don't know yet what I 'm going to do with Isobel either when I get there. I've never ran the gauntlet of Shar and the soulcage without Shart. And I'm curious what will happen with Withers' reunion party if all of the companions are dead or have left. (If you know the answer, please don't spoil it)
