Hello Larian team,
and hello to everyone in this amazing community.
I just wanted to take a moment to express something that many of us, quietly or loudly, feel about Minthara and her incredible performance by Emma Gregory.
Minthara isn’t just another companion.
She’s complex, wounded, proud, and endlessly fascinating.
She represents the struggle between faith and freedom, loyalty and redemption, and Emma’s voice captured every nuance of that conflict with absolute brilliance.
Every line she speaks ,from her commanding orders to the smallest, softest “Thank you” ,carries the weight of her entire story.
That voice is Minthara.
You can hear her pain, her pride, her transformation.
It’s what made so many of us fall in love with the character beyond her alignment or choices.
If there were ever a chance for more Minthara content , even a small DLC, or a mod officially blessed by Larian, it wouldn’t be the same without Emma Gregory’s voice.
She deserves that recognition, and the character deserves that authenticity.
This isn’t about money or marketing.
It’s about respect for the voices that gave Baldur’s Gate 3 its soul.
With gratitude and hope,
Jan K.
