Yeah they fixed that you can get two Shovels a while ago.
Pretty annoying they did, too. In the original rulesystem if you can write your spell as a Wizard spell, you can then also write a scroll for this spell. So you could give yourself as many Shovels as you wanted, as long as everyone is a Wizard.
Getting it as an innate spell of course is different, and sorcerers couldnt learn the spell from a scroll at all.
