Pushing through Underdark, I cannot find the amulet of misty step. I know I got it as I cleared out Gut's chambers.
So start working backwards, not in camp, not on anyone. Look for it in the buy lists of the three sellers in Myconid Colony, nope. Same for the two in Goblin camp, the three in the Grove. Nope.
Fine, go re-visit Gut's chambers, maybe I missed it after all. Nope. Upstairs and downstairs cleared out. Sometimes I take the "pretty" chests and send them to camp as 1 of 5 is worth 20 instead of 1. Sigh.
Start visiting all the sellers again, looking for sold chests. Most have some but they're all empty. Goblin, nope, Grove, nope, Underdark it must be! Blurg omg no, Omelet omg no.
It's Lady Bonecloak or nothing! She has a bunch of chests I sold to her. Empty empty empty empty very last one, locked! Yes!
Buy it, lockpick, open! Reason's Grasp?!?!? OH MY GOD WHERE IS IT!??
Turns out it was on Lae'zel, who I had kicked back to camp temporarily.
Reason's Grasp! Even though I already fed Gale his 3rd thing, I wanna cram them down his throat just on principle.
