Hi,
I'm level 7. Got respec to monk 6/rogue 1 and I don't have Flurry of Blows on hotbar or spellbook. Tried respeccing multiple times, the problem occurs when I level up to 3 and choose a subclass.
I don't use any mods. Any solutions?
