I am not sure you will get what is a hentai game. I am sure the nsfw artists and animators will do ok. But what I think would be cool in terms of nsfw content will probably include scenes like those in bg3. But I do have some hopes:
*polyamory like have it so that we can like ship multiple characters with charname. I mean if you like more than one character you could have all the cool chicks or dudes be with charname.
*brothels like in da1-2 and well that is it.
*maybe creating a dream waifu/husbando with the added benefit of not being a lie but being due to shapeshifting.
*I think maybe the ao dlc would be ok but I would probably have variance like wild wasteland I can see one which is more dark and brutal, one more funny and one more sexual to the base game as options to modify content.
