I decided to play with my brother last night and every time it did a auto save there was a error code. The error says the following. "System error Failed to remove dir: C:/Users/ /OneDruive/Documents/LarianStudios/Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition/PlayerProfiles/Nazakoo/Savegames/AutoSave_4"

I have tried troubleshooting this problem already the following are what I've done:
Ran the Exe as admin
made the following exceptions in my anti virus
Game Executable:
...SteamApps\common\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\Shipping\EoCApp.exe
Game Installation Folder:
The entire installation folder, which is typically found at ...SteamApps\common\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\
Save Game and Configuration Folder:
The entire Larian Studios folder in your documents, usually located at ...\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\
Those were copied off google but those steps have been done

Lastly i went to my doc folder and located the levelcache folder and deleted that as well. None of the above steps have worked so figured it's time to reach out. I can manually save with no issue it's just annoying every auto save brings up a system error.

FYI, I had this same issue and finally figured out how to solve it. The problem is a conflict between the game and OneDrive backing up the Documents folder.

To fix I removed Documents as one of the backed up folders for OneDrive. Went to OneDrive Settings -> Sync and Backup -> Manage Backup, from there deselect the Documents folder. It'll ask you if you want to confirm, so say "Stop backup and choose where to keep files", then select "Only on my PC". It might orphan some files on the OneDrive cloud storage, but you can manually download those or delete them as needed.
