These dialogue issues when in wild-form I experienced with Halsin were the main reason I specced Jaheira to star-form. Then, during cutscenes she was saying lines that were correctly subtitled, but the camera was just showing empty space and there was no voice-over. I thought it was due to her being dominated one time, which apparently used to be a bug once, but it is not. Her being in star-form is the main reason the cutscenes are broken.
I am using patch 8 since start. I think this should really be fixed somehow. I understand this could be a design chose, limiting the interaction when in star-form, hence forcing player to return back to normal, and if so, it should be stated clearly somewhere and the cutscenes should be fixed nonetheless, for example by asking player to revert to normal or skip her involvement.
