So obviously one of my New Years resolutions is to really get into modding and especially this. I have been debating whether it would be better to add Aerie to the base game or have a new campaign where Aerie is a main character. The later is probably too ambitious for one person though, and reuniting Minsc with Aerie is something that is frankly long overdue considering she is a popular character (yes, I am aware some people think she was annoying, but that was a hundred years ago when she was a kid healing from some pretty heavy trauma. That's one of the reasons why she's always been one of the most interesting characters to think about returning), and no-one wants to have to wait another twenty years. Not to mention there's lots of potential for real meaningful interactions between Aerie and Jaheira as well.
