It doesn't matter if you make a deal with the Duergar or not. The minute you blow the blockage, they will run right over and stand in the fire and then they will all attack you. This game really has the greatest artificial stupidity ever.
Just finished the spectator fight, the one with the statues. Quite a struggle because I F5'd at a precarious, stupid moment. Anyway, after many reloads finally finished it off, went into the cut scene but had no choice but to fight the happy guys I just freed because I wanted teh icy, part 2 starting running on empty, succeed there too.
Fight over, party is all over the place but we're still grouped, so they all run up to me.
