I am a little sad about this being the final patch because Larian never gave us the option of having a Dragonborn Dream Companion.
I know they were the last race to be added, but I still wish they had been FULLY added to the game.

"Patch 8 will be the last game patch to introduce new content." This is highly disappointing and lazy. Their are many points of the story that are still broken, Plot holes, missing dialog options and cut scenes. That remove the player from the DnD feel of the game. You guy's need at least two more patches of adding in the blanks and missing options. This also means the games never going to feel complete. And because of how you've made the game, Modder's are not going to be able to fix these things at the same quality.

[bug] when you first grab Minsc having Halsin swap out still bugs out locking your game in dialog
when you get this bug there are two work arounds;
kick a party member out before talking to Minc or tell Minsc to meet you at the camp... then go collect him from there

this bug is clearly caused by script error

Part of me still hopes that dropped DLC with the latest DnD base still becomes a thing 🙁

Late player, my fault, but I actually feel to express my feelings: I wish Larion has still a chance to better some dialogue lines, that are totally out of mood/situation. Especially with Astarion: he has so many random lines wich seem not taking care of the romance to be quite disturbing. And it's NOT because of the character's style and personality: they're clearly thought for a generic companion situation.
I know there are other dialogue lines, with other companions, wich seem not taking care of facts that happened (never met Minthara, but I red about the strange artifact speach). I wonder how it's possible underestimating such details by a so good writers team, they really can affect your game, most of all 'cause the general script is great.
Who knows if we can still hope for a fix?
