UPDATE of my experience:
Yesterday, I received an email from one of Larian Supporters and I have done the stauff they recommended, others not because I didn't know how and couldn't find it. So, this is my experience so far:
After I changed my screen to windowed, I placed the option to not create autosaves automatically, and in the video options, I put everything on low; the game was better. But despite that, I still experienced the same stuff I listened to here when I first posted above. The cutscenes could be delayed, and the characters would skip parts of the dialogue (that still happened before all the mess). But after I deleted the BG3 folder and replaced it with one a Larian Supporter sent me, I could play the game for at least 3h (played today to test). I still experienced the cutscene issue, and as time passed, it slowed down again, but I could save and load.
I hope this inspired others to keep asking Larian for assistance, as the Larian Supporter was kind to send me suggestions.
