This bug seems to be pursuing me. It doesn't just happen to doorways, but even next to pillars. Karlach wants to hurl her pike to the gremishka just in front of her, but the pillar behind the gremishka prevents her from doing so. I scanned the line between the 2 pillars and every point between them was "blocked".

I I hope they redesign their mapping and camera completely from scratch for the next game, because fixing this looks hopeless.
