Kagha joins the poor tactician ranks as well. Interior fight in the Grove, she moonbeams herself twice, both times immediately cancelling her concentration.
Tav, née Lae'Zel, was on her, as was Silver. Poor SIlver, all she did was kill her own pet dog.
